Blast Booth Relocation
GDS successfully completed the tear-down and relocation of a sandblasting booth, including its recovery equipment. The booth, measuring 60' x 24' x 16', was disassembled with precision to ensure safe transport. Our team reassembled the system at its new location, ensuring it was fully operational and ready for use.
Utility Piping Redesign
GDS designed a comprehensive piping system for multiple utilities in an existing facility undergoing a complete overhaul. The project involved conducting field take-off measurements and consistent design reviews to ensure accuracy and alignment with project goals. After the building was gutted and all existing machines and utilities were removed, our team developed and installed a new piping system to support the integration of newly purchased equipment and utilities, ensuring seamless operation.
Bucket Elevator Replacement
GDS successfully replaced an existing bucket elevator that had significant wear and tear, ensuring enhanced performance and reliability. The project included conducting field take-off measurements, developing a detailed design, fabricating and testing the new system, and overseeing its installation. Our team completed the process with a seamless startup and commissioning, delivering a fully operational bucket elevator tailored to the client's needs.
